Appeals for residential subdivision dismissed after appellant declined to pursue Tribunal-directed studies and revisions.
The appellant appealed the municipality's failure to make decisions regarding a proposed residential subdivision and related heritage property alterations.
The Tribunal previously issued an Interim Order directing the appellant to advise whether it intended to pursue specific studies and revisions to its proposed development.
After the appellant's request for review was dismissed and an extension granted, the appellant advised the Tribunal that it was not prepared to pursue the directed studies and revisions.
In accordance with the terms of the Interim Order, the Tribunal dismissed the appeals.
