Order
THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on July 4, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on August 20, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on May 26, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from March 28, 2025 to May 2, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from April 25, 2025 to May 12, 2025;
Parties to provide visual evidence (paragraph 18) changed from May 2, 2025 to May 16, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
