THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on January 22, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on February 20, 2025 for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on May 26, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend the List of Parties, in Attachment 2, contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following changes in the Procedural Order are made:
Attachment 2, List of Parties and Participants, of the Procedural Order is amended by adding the following Party: 1816986 Ontario Inc. Andrew Jeanrie, jeanriea@bennettjones.com;
Attachment 4, Order of Evidence, of the Procedural Order is amended by inserting "5. 1816986 Ontario Inc." and renumbering the former "5" to "6".
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal ("Tribunal"). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
