The Tribunal previously allowed the applicant's appeal in part and approved a zoning by-law amendment in principle to permit a 29-storey mixed-use building.
Having received an amended final Zoning By-law Amendment on consent, the Tribunal issued its final order bringing the amended by-law into full force and effect, which includes Section 37 contributions for public art, streetscape improvements, affordable housing, and community facilities.
