The College of Nurses of Ontario brought allegations of professional misconduct against a registered nurse for possessing and cultivating marijuana.
The member admitted to the allegations and the panel accepted an agreed statement of facts.
The panel accepted a joint submission on penalty, ordering a six-month suspension (with five months suspended) and an oral reprimand.
