Final order issued approving official plan and zoning by-law amendments for a mixed-use building.
The applicants appealed the City of Toronto's failure to enact proposed official plan and zoning by-law amendments to permit a nine-storey mixed-use building.
The Tribunal previously allowed the appeals in part and approved the amendments in principle in 2011, withholding its final order until certain conditions were met.
Having been advised that the conditions were satisfied, the Tribunal issued its final order amending the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the development, subject to heritage conservation and Section 37 community benefit requirements.
