Undercover police officers purchased cocaine from patrons and staff inside the bar on multiple occasions.

The Board found that the licensee's son, who managed the bar, was fully aware of the drug trafficking, and that the licensee was willfully blind to the blatant transactions.

Concluding that the licensee lacked the management competency to safely operate the establishment, the Board ordered the immediate revocation of the liquor licence.
