O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on March 26, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 23, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated March 22, 2007 to suspend the licence issued to Club Menage Inc. operating as Menage, 333 King Street West, Second Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1J5, licence number 808599;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Bryna Kaplan and the corporate licensee was represented by its agent, John G. Wilson.
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 10, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
