AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 564163 ONTARIO LIMITED OPERATING AS STUDIO 4 TAVERN, 1415 HURON CHURCH ROAD, WINDSOR, LICENCE NO. 92127
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on March 30, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated February 19, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 564163 Ontario Limited operating as Studio 4 Tavern, 1415 Huron Church Road, Windsor, Ontario, licence no. 92127;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, J. P. Corrent;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing April 12, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made, as agreed by counsel, before 5 p.m. on March 30, 2007 and in any event no later than ten (10) days before the hearing;Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing.
