AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF LONG THANH NGUYEN OPERATING AS ANGEL, 1163 BLOOR STREET WEST, TORONTO, LICENCE NO. 802424
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 20, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 29, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to Long Thanh Nguyen operating as Angel, 1163 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 1M9, licence no. 802424;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the licensee was represented by his agent, Son Nguyen;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a three day hearing commencing June 5, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
