The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued Notices of Proposal to suspend and revoke the liquor licence of Timezone Bar and Restaurant due to multiple incidents of overcrowding, a locked fire exit, failure to post a suspension placard, and permitting drunken patrons.
The parties presented an Agreed Statement of Facts and a Joint Submission on Disposition.
The Board found the licensee breached the regulations and ordered a 60-day suspension of the liquor licence.
The licensee also withdrew its application for additional licensed areas.
