AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1489445 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS CHOCOLATE, 220 RICHMOND ST. W., SECOND FLOOR, TORONTO, LICENCE NO. 809483
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 2, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 18, 2006 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated February 21, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to 1489445 Ontario Inc., operating as Chocolate, 220 Richmond St. W., second floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1V6, licence number 809483;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Joyce Taylor and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Adam Vassos;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 25, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
