O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on March 26, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 11, 2006 to suspend a licence and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated February 19, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1490675 Ontario Ltd. operating as Republik Nightclub, 261 Richmond St. W., Toronto, Ontario, M5V 3M6, licence number 810853;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Bryna Kaplan and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Bruce Olmstead;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 22, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its counsel, shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
