Final Order issued amending Official Plan and Zoning By-law following satisfaction of settlement conditions.
The appellants appealed the Municipality of Meaford's failure to make a decision on applications to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a five-storey residential condominium building.
Following a settlement hearing, the Tribunal allowed the appeals in part but withheld its Final Order until the amendments were finalized to the Municipality's satisfaction.
Upon confirmation that the condition was met, the Tribunal issued the Final Order amending the Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
