The licensee requested an amendment to the dates of a 45-day liquor licence suspension previously ordered by the Board.

With the consent of the Registrar's representative, the Board issued an amending order changing the suspension dates to commence on January 2, 2008, and continue until February 16, 2008.

The Board previously ordered a five-day suspension of the liquor licence for 2008221 Ontario Inc. operating as Pilot Tavern for a breach of section 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90.

The licensee proposed suspension dates which were acceptable to the Board.
