The Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario held a hearing on December 17, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15360 dated June 28, 2007, to suspend liquor licence number 202698 issued to 1614804 Ontario Inc. operating as COLCHESTER BAR & GRILL ROUTE 67, 67 County Road 50 West, Harrow, Ontario, N0R 1G0.
After reviewing the evidence and submissions, the Board DISMISSES the alleged breach under subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 by the Licensee on April 30, 2007. Written reasons to follow.
