O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 12 and 13, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 14878 dated January 23, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated May 7, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 6477291 Canada Inc. operating as HOOLEY'S RESTAURANT, 292 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1M3, licence number 20638;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 1, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act and subsections 20(1), 45(1) and section 33(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 22, 2007 the Board ordered a TWENTY-ONE (21) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 6477291 Canada Inc. operating as HOOLEY'S RESTAURANT, 292 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1M3, licence number 20638, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-ONE (21) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on January 2, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on January 23, 2008.
