O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on November 9, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15601 dated August 22, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1443614 Ontario Inc., operating as Tila Tequila Bar, 104 – 108 Clarence Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5P6, liquor licence number 805577;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee's Representative, Francois Landry, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing April 8, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses, a summary of each witness' evidence and "will say" summary statements, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made thirty (30) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., thirty (30) days before the hearing date.
