The applicant requested a three-year extension to the lapsing date for a draft plan of subdivision approval.

With the consent of the Town of The Blue Mountains and the County of Grey, the Ontario Land Tribunal granted the request, extending the lapsing date to June 10, 2028.

Having been advised by the Township of King that the conditions have been satisfied, the Tribunal issued its final order approving the site plans.

At the first Case Management Conference, the Tribunal granted party status to the Regional Municipality of Durham on consent.

The Tribunal denied a party status request from a neighboring developer, granting participant status instead, as the primary concern regarding building height would be adequately addressed by the municipalities.

The appellants and the Town of Oakville have been engaged in settlement discussions and have reached an agreement in principle on a development concept for the Palermo Village Growth Area.

The parties requested that the finalization of the draft Procedural Order and Issues List be put on hold to allow settlement discussions to advance.

The Tribunal granted the request and directed the parties to provide status updates on their respective appeals.

The Tribunal issued its final order approving amendments to the City of Vaughan's Official Plan and Zoning By-laws to permit a 30-storey residential building.

The final order had been withheld pending the satisfaction of conditions arising from a settlement hearing.

Upon confirmation from the parties that the pre-approval conditions were met, the Tribunal allowed the appeals in part and brought the amendments into effect.

The appellant requested a hearing date for its appeal of the City of Guelph's Comprehensive Zoning By-law regarding parking requirements.

The City opposed, arguing that one of the issues was already litigated in a recent minor variance appeal and scheduling it would constitute issue estoppel.

The Tribunal directed that the overlapping issue be held in abeyance pending the minor variance decision, and scheduled a written settlement hearing for the remaining agreed-upon issues.
