THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a public hearing on April 29^th, 2022, and the Tribunal, in its decision issued on May 16^th, 2022 (the “Decision”) having allowed, in part, the appeals of the Site Plan application attached as Schedules “1” and “2” prepared by Soscia Professional Engineers Inc. dated March 2022, subject to conditions set out in Schedule “3” in the Decision.

AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its Final Order pending confirmation from the Town that the conditions have been satisfied;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the Town that the conditions set out in Schedule “3” of the Decision for the release of the Tribunal’s Final Order on the Site Plan application have been satisfied;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the site plans attached as Schedules “1” and “2” are approved;

THE TRIBUNAL may be spoken to in the event that the Parties have any difficulty in implementing this Decision and Order.
