The applicant appealed the City of Toronto's failure to make a decision on applications for official plan and zoning by-law amendments to permit a 10-storey mixed-use building.
Following previous hearings where the Tribunal allowed the appeals in principle subject to conditions, the parties advised that all conditions, including a section 37 agreement, had been satisfied.
The Tribunal issued its final order approving the amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-laws.
