The applicant union requested to withdraw its application for certification following the taking of a representation vote.
The Ontario Labour Relations Board granted leave to withdraw the application effective June 8, 2001, and noted that the effect of subsection 7(10) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 on any subsequent applications would be determined if and when such an application is made.
