1. This application for certification is withdrawn at the request of the applicant, following the taking of a representation vote. The Board gives leave to withdraw effective as of the date of the request, June 8, 2001.
2. The parties are referred to subsection 7(10) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. The effect of this provision upon the right of a union to file a subsequent application for certification affecting the employees will be determined if and when such an application is made.
