Decision
1This is an application pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, alleging violation of section 74.
2On July 3, 2001, the Board directed the applicant to provide a detailed statement of the material facts and any documents relied upon by her, and a statement of the remedies sought by her. The decision stated, as well, that the application may be dismissed without further notice should she fail to reply as directed.
3The Board has not received a reply as directed. The responding party has requested that the matter be dismissed.
4The application is completely lacking in detail as to the basis of the complaint about the alleged violation of section 74. The application therefore does not comply with the Board’s Rules of Procedure, particularly Rule 26.
5The application is dismissed.
