The former Ontario Municipal Board had allowed the appeal in principle in 2012, withholding its final order until a Section 37 Agreement was executed and registered.
The City Solicitor having confirmed the agreement's registration, the Ontario Land Tribunal issued its final order approving the Zoning By-law Amendment.
