THESE MATTERS, in respect of the lands at 33-37 Parliament Street (the “Subject Property”), having been heard at a public hearing in May 2020, and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, now continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”), having issued its interim decision and order on May 21, 2020 (the “Decision”) granting the site-specific appeals in part and approving the zoning by-law amendments in principle;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its final order, pending the satisfaction of conditions, including the receipt of the final form of the official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendments in respect of the Subject Property;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the City of Toronto and the appellant that the official plan amendment application is no longer required as a result of the Decision issued by the Tribunal which, among other things, approved modifications to Official Plan Amendment No. 304 in respect of the Subject Property;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received confirmation from the appellant and the City of Toronto of the fulfillment of the conditions of its Decision, including confirmation of the final form of the zoning by-law amendments, satisfactory to the City, attached hereto as “Attachment 1”;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the final form of the zoning by-law amendments to the City-wide Zoning By-law No. 569-2013, attached hereto as “Attachment 1”, is hereby approved. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk to assign a number to the by-law for record keeping purposes.
