Endorsement
[1] It appears to us that there is good reason to doubt the correctness of the motion judge’s finding, in his brief handwritten endorsement, that a judge on the Family Law Team in Toronto does not have jurisdiction. However, it was within the discretion of the motion judge to conclude that the matter was more conveniently addressed by the Civil Law Team in Toronto, a question of administrative discretion within the court in Toronto that does not raise a matter of such importance that leave to appeal should be granted: Rule 62.02(4)(b). Therefore, the motion for leave to appeal the order of Diamond J. dated April 5, 2025 (unreported) is dismissed, with costs of $2,500, inclusive, payable by the Moving Party to the Responding Parties Barry Zehr and Sharon Zehr, with no order as to costs in respect to the other responding parties.
