[1] We utterly reject Mr. Millard’s argument that a judge’s mere presence on a panel that ruled adversely against him on a previous occasion raises a reasonable apprehension of bias.

[2] Unrelatedly, this being the first time up for this appeal, we grant Mr. Millard’s request for an adjournment to allow him to prepare written material to organize his submissions. This matter will be put over to the next Kingston inmate sitting on a date to be fixed by the Registrar.
