APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] In the light of the trial judge’s findings of fact and credibility, which are supported by the record, we see no error in his conclusion that both appellants are liable for the respondent’s investment.

[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed with costs fixed in the total amount of $7,000, inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T.
