APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] Although the reasons could have been fuller, the trial judge directed his mind to W.(D.) and its application, which was the critical issue raised on the appeal. From our review of the record, the foundation for the conviction is evident. The defence position was utterly implausible.

[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
