The Ontario College of Teachers brought a motion seeking leave to withdraw allegations of professional misconduct against the member.
On consent of the parties, the Discipline Committee authorized the withdrawal.
The member resigned his membership, resulting in the cancellation of his certificate of qualification and registration, and agreed not to seek reinstatement.
The Committee found this resolution reasonable and in the public interest.
