The Member, a teacher, pled guilty to professional misconduct including the sexual abuse of a student.

Neither the Member nor his counsel attended the hearing.

The Discipline Committee accepted the agreed statement of facts and joint submission on penalty, finding the Member guilty of professional misconduct and ordering the immediate revocation of his teaching certificate.
