Human rights application dismissed as abandoned after applicant failed to respond to Tribunal inquiries.
The applicant filed a human rights application which was deferred pending the conclusion of ongoing grievance proceedings.
After the Tribunal requested an update on the status of the grievance proceedings and warned that failure to respond might result in dismissal, the applicant failed to respond.
Consequently, the Tribunal deemed the application abandoned and dismissed it.
