A hearing was held regarding a Notice of Proposal to suspend a liquor licence based on allegations of a drunken patron being injured in a fight and the discovery of drug paraphernalia and cocaine on the premises.
The parties submitted an Agreed Statement of Facts and a Joint Submission on Disposition.
The Board found the licensee breached subsections 45(1) and 45(2) of Ontario Regulation 719/90.
The Board ordered a 7-day suspension of the liquor licence and imposed additional conditions, including mandatory security guards and a ban on glass bottles on the patio.
