Reasons for Decision

[1] This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to find a person involved in the action in contempt. No one appeared for the respondent.

[2] We are satisfied that the order appealed is an interlocutory order, and therefore this court has no jurisdiction to hear the appeal, which lies to the Divisional Court with leave: The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. v. Moyse, 2015 ONCA 784; Simmonds v. Simmonds, 2013 ONCA 479.

[3] Consequently, we transmit the appeal to the Divisional Court. No costs.
