[1] The appellant failed to appear. He filed nothing to support his letter that he was too ill to attend. Mr. Silverstein, duty counsel, has had no contact with the appellant.
[2] As the appellant failed to take any steps to move this appeal forward despite case management direction, this appeal is dismissed as abandoned.
