COURT OF APPEAL FOR ONTARIO
Moldaver, MacPherson and LaForme JJ.A.

Aferdita Domi

and
Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Suzanne Leggatt and Ardiana Golja
Respondents (Defendants)
Aferdita Domi, in person
Michael G. McFadden, for the respondents
Heard and endorsed: January 27, 2010
On appeal from the order of Justice Barbara Conway of the Superior Court of Justice dated July 22, 2009.
APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] Justice Conway was generous to the appellant in that she effectively allowed her to proceed with almost all of her causes of action, provided they were properly pleaded. Unfortunately, the appellant has not taken up this opportunity and has instead brought an appeal that with one exception, is, in our view, without merit.
[2] The one exception relates to paragraph 4 of the order, in which the motion judge required the appellant to provide the respondent with the name of counsel from whom she was receiving legal advice.
[3] We see no reason for this order.
[4] Accordingly, we would dismiss the appeal, with the exception that we would strike paragraph 4 of the order.
[5] Costs to the respondent in the amount of $6,000 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements.
