APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] Although the reasons are sparse, we are not persuaded that the sentencing judge erred in principle. However, even if he has erred, a global sentence of one year in custody for extortion and multiple acts of voyeurism was fit.

[2] Accordingly, although leave to appeal sentence is granted, the sentence appeal is dismissed.
