On appeal against the disposition order of the Ontario Review Board under s. 672.81(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, dated September 20, 2007.

APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] The appellant has appealed a 2007 disposition of the Board. In the meantime, he has had a 2008 disposition, which he has not appealed. Moreover, the appellant’s concerns about the composition of the panel were addressed by the Board both at the 2007 hearing and the 2008 hearing.

[2] In these circumstances, the appellant’s appeal is moot. Accordingly, the appeal is quashed.
