[1] There is no merit to this appeal. As Murray J. correctly concluded, the material filed failed to disclose a change in circumstances and failed to comply with rule 15(7) of the Family Law Rules regarding financial statements.
[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
[3] Costs of the appeal payable by the appellant to the respondent fixed in the amount of $500, inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T.
