APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We are not persuaded that the motion judge erred, either in her treatment of the Family Law issues or in her conclusion that the appellant should be declared a vexatious litigant. In particular, there is nothing before us to indicate that the appellant did not have effective legal advice when she entered into the 2003 Minutes of Settlement

[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

[3] Costs to respondent fixed at $3,500 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements.
