A P P E A L B O O K E N D O R S E M E N T
[1] The application judge, Donohue J., properly considered the various factors in s. 15 of the Divorce Act, including the relatively short duration of the marriage, the appellant’s assets upon dissolution, the respondent’s lack of assets, and the absence of children in the marriage. We can see no error in his analysis or in his conclusion that spousal support should cease. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
[2] No costs of the appeal or the motion before Sharpe J.A.
