The Ontario Land Tribunal issued a procedural order on consent to govern the conduct of a proceeding for the determination of compensation under the Expropriations Act.
The order sets out the timetable for pleadings, discoveries, witness statements, and the hearing plan for a 10-day video hearing scheduled to commence in October 2026.
