The appellant appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada from a judgment of the Alberta Court of Appeal that dismissed his appeal from a sentence of indeterminate detention imposed pursuant to s. 688(b) of the Criminal Code.
The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal from the bench, finding no error in the judgment of the majority in the Court of Appeal.
