The Tribunal convened a first Case Management Conference regarding an appeal of the municipality's refusal of a Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a commercial garage.
The municipality appeared through an employee and advised it would be retaining counsel.
On consent of the parties, the Tribunal adjourned the CMC to allow the municipality to retain counsel and scheduled a second CMC for June 11, 2026.
