The Member made inappropriate personal comments, told jokes with foul language, and shared personal information with the student, causing her to feel uncomfortable.
He also repeatedly sexually harassed two female colleagues by making inappropriate comments about their bodies and asking intrusive personal questions.
The Member pleaded no contest to the allegations.
The Discipline Committee found the Member guilty of professional misconduct, including psychological or emotional abuse of a student, failing to maintain the standards of the profession, and engaging in disgraceful, dishonourable, or unprofessional conduct.
The Committee accepted a joint submission on penalty, ordering a reprimand, a 20-month suspension of the Member's certificate of qualification, and the completion of a course on professional boundaries.
