The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued an amended order to clarify its previous decision dated October 7, 2009, regarding the application for registration of Cathryn Mary Dunn as a gaming assistant.
Pursuant to Rule 2.7 of its Amended Rules of Practice, the Board amended paragraphs 1, 2, and 79 of the decision to state that it 'refuses to grant the registration' rather than 'refuses to renew the registration'.
