IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF CATHRYN MARY DUNN,

AND IN THE MATTER OF THE BOARD’S DECISION
DATED OCTOBER 7, 2009
AMENDED ORDER
WHEREAS in its decision dated October 7, 2009, the Board refused to renew the registration of Cathryn Mary Dunn as a gaming assistant;
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Rule 2.7 of its Amended Rules of Practice, a panel, may at any time and without prior notice to the parties, clarify a decision or order which contains a misstatement, ambiguity or other similar matter which requires clarification.
THEREFORE the Board AMENDS paragraphs 1, 2 and 79 of the Board’s decision dated October 7, 2009, to read as follows:
“…the Board refuses to grant the registration of Cathryn Mary Dunn…”
