The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued a Notice of Proposal to suspend the liquor licence of Bogart's Niteclub.
The licensee admitted to violations of the Liquor Licence Act, including permitting patrons to smoke marijuana on the licensed patio, allowing patrons to leave the patio with alcoholic beverages, and permitting a drunken patron on the premises.
The Board accepted a joint submission and ordered a 14-day suspension of the liquor licence.
