The Registrar issued a Notice of Proposed Order to refuse the renewal and revoke the gaming supplier registration of the Registrant after an investigation revealed the sale of counterfeit Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) tickets at the Registrant's store, leading to criminal charges that the Registrant failed to disclose.

The parties reached an agreement and presented a joint submission.

The Board ordered a 45-day suspension of the registration and imposed a condition that TTC fare media only be sold pursuant to a valid agreement with the TTC.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario held a pre-hearing teleconference regarding a Notice of Proposed Order to refuse to renew and revoke the registration of the respondent.

The Vice-Chair issued a procedural order setting the hearing dates for January 25 and 26, 2010, and establishing deadlines for both parties to complete disclosure pursuant to Rule 10 of the AGCO Revised Rules of Practice.
